Casual redevelopment.

The future home of a Chick-fil-A restaurant in Little Rock changed hands in a $1.28 million deal.

SPC Chick Ltd. of Dallas, led by James Strode, purchased the former Casual Corner location at 6201 W. Markham St. The seller is 6201 West Markham LLC, led by Jeff Yates, J.C. Halsell, Jessica Dearnley, Stephen Tucker and Derek Cisne.

The one-acre property previously was tied to a September 2004 mortgage of $944,000 held by Delta Trust & Bank of Little Rock.

The limited liability company acquired the property for $1.18 million more than two years ago from The Leung Living Trust, led by Yuen and Amelia Leung.
