Cashco Is Purchased By Navajo.

DENVER -- Navajo Inc., a provider of consumer packaged goods and services, has acquired Cashco Distributors Inc., an Oregon-based, national distributor of trial and travel size, natural and organic, and multicultural health and beauty brands.

The move will broaden the Navajo and Cashco brands, product lines and base of operations. "Our customers will be the clear winners in this addition to Navajo," said Mark Deuschle, president of Navajo. "We look forward to delivering early recognized efficiencies and to optimizing category growth for our retail partners."

Both companies have established distribution operations, a range of merchandising options, applied continuous category management services, marketing and retailer-specific promotional programs.

"We couldn't be happier with this outcome," commented Ron Runyan, president of Cashco. "Navajo Inc. is a great cultural and organizational fit for the Cashco Team."
