Casa Vega Restaurant Owner and Founder Named to Board of Trustees of Valley Presbyterian Hospital.

Greene, President and Chief Executive Officer at Valley Presbyterian Hospital. "Mr. Vega is a longstanding and active member of the community and shares our commitment to serving the San Fernando Valley with quality health care."
Mr. Vega, said the appointment "gives me the opportunity to give something back to the community. I owe much of my personal success to the people of the San Fernando Valley and I am thankful for the opportunity to be involved with the premier hospital serving the Valley."
Mr. Vega has 10 years of experience serving on other hospital boards and currently serves on the San Fernando Valley Advisory Commission, The Patrons of Los Angeles Valley College, and the Studio City Chamber of Commerce, and has served on countless boards in the past including serving as the Honorary Consul General of Mexico. Mr. Vega also established leadership programs for young Latinos to work and pursue a college education. Casa Vega Restaurant celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2006 and is considered an icon in the San Fernando Valley.
