Carriage club needs members; COUNTRYnewsbulletin.

A NEW Welsh carriage club is appealing for more members.

Eppynt Carriage Club was formed in June by a group of carriage-driving enthusiasts in the Brecon Beacons, affiliated to the British Horse Driving Trials Association.

Club publicist, Steph Price, said: "We aim to bring well-organised horse driving trials to Wales, holding one and two-day events throughout the summer and a winter indoor series of dressage.

"It is a sport that the whole family can take part in and enjoy.

"We welcome members from all over Wales and further afield.

"And the club offers support and training to all members regardless of driving experience."
