Carnipure found efficient for post-exercise stress at lower dosages.
Previous research from the University of Connecticut has shown that taking 2 grams per day of L-carnitine delivered as Lonza's Carnipure tartrate promotes recovery after exercise. A new study from the same research group released in the February/March 2007 issue of the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research now demonstrates that taking only I gram per day of L-carnitine in the form of Carnipure tartrate also significantly reduces metabolic stress, minimizes muscle damage and promotes recovery after resistance exercise. This study presents highly beneficial and cost-effective results for consumers who take Carnipure tartrate as a dietary supplement or in functional food. This new research adds to the vast amount of research showing that Carnipure is beneficial not only for elite athletes, but also for recreational, active people.
