Carlton Auction establishes conventional sales unit.

Carlton Property Auctions has formed a new conventional sales department, Carlton Marketing, to augment the firm's very auction division. announced Steven W. Birbach, Carlton's president.

Carlton Marketing can develop and manage comprehensive sales and on-site marketing programs for residential properties throughout the Tri-State area.

Carlton has tapped 15-year residential sales veteran Mona Hamburger to direct the new division. In the past year alone, Hamburger was responsible for the marketing and sale of more than 1,000 residences at Carlton Property Auctions.
