Car donated to helipad charity.

A CHARITY dedicated to funding helipads has had a welcome boost - with the donation of a car.

West Way Nissan, which has a dealership in Spon End, has presented a Nissan Juke Visia to the HELP Appeal, which helps fund hospital helipads across the country, including a helipad project at University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire.

Jason Dennis, who has worked for the charity for 11 years, said: "Over 9,000 landings have already taken place at hospital helipads funded by us - and we need to continue raising money to build more helipads across the country."
