Capt James W. Mullally.

CAPT James W. Mullally, SC, USN, completed 29 years of active service and retired on April 1, 2005, after serving at Commander, Navy Region Southeast, Jacksonville, Fla. He received his bachelor's degree at Old Dominion University and his master's degrees at National Defense University and University of Florida. His previous duty includes Chief of Naval Education and Training, Pensacola, Fla.; Defense Contract Management Command, Michoud-Stennis, New Orleans, La.; USNS Mars (T-AFS 1); Trident Refit Facility, Kings Bay, Ga.; Commander, Submarine Force, U. S. Pacific Fleet, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii; Commander, Naval Logistics Command, U. S. Pacific Fleet, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii; Naval Plant Representative Office, Grumman Aerospace Corporation, Bethpage, N.Y.; USS San Jose (AFS 7); Procurement Development Program, Philadelphia, Pa.; and USS Tautog (SSN 639).
