CapMan Oyj (HEL:CAPMAN), a leading Nordic private asset company, reported on Tuesday that between 16 April 2019 and 31 May 2019, a total of 554,567 CapMan new shares have been subscribed for with the company's stock options.
The company said a total of 159,167 new shares have been subscribed for its stock options 2013B, a total of 345,400 company's new shares have been subscribed for the company's stock options 2013C; and a total of 50,000 shares have been subscribed for the company's stock options 2016A.
Reportedly, the entire subscription price of EUR401,150.57 shall be recorded into the invested non-restricted equity fund.
As a result of these subscriptions, the number of CapMan shares will increase to 153,270,056.
Also, these shares subscribed for under the stock options have been registered in the Trade Register on 25 June 2019, as of which date the new shares will establish shareholder rights. These shares will be traded on the Nasdaq Helsinki Plc. together with the old shares as of 26 June 2019.
The share subscription period for stock options 2013B has expired on 30 April 2019, while the share subscription period for stock options 2013C started on 1 May 2018 and will end on 30 April 2020 and the share subscription period for stock options 2016A started on 1 May 2019 and will end on 30 April 2021.
