Capello focused on England.

THE FA are adopting a relaxed approach to fresh speculation surrounding coach Fabio Capello.

After a previous link with Juventus, now it seems Inter Milan have put Capello at the top of their list of candidates to replace Jose Mourinho when their Champions League winning-coach confirms, as is widely expected, he is leaving for Real Madrid.

Although Capello's name is synonymous with Inter's arch-rivals AC Milan, president Massimo Moratti is a huge fan of the 62-year-old and believes he can be persuaded to abandon the Three Lions once he returns from World Cup.

However, the FA are equally confident Capello will remain in his current job through to Euro 2012.

It was established just over a week ago that an escape clause in Capello's four-year contract with the FA was scrapped at the Italian's request.

Capello has also repeatedly stated how much he enjoys his present job, and rebuffed talk of Inter on Monday after England's 3-1 win over Mexico at Wembley.

"Juventus, Inter, Madrid, the other teams, Milan," he smiled.

"It's good for me but I am focused on the World Cup."
