Cantor Seinuk takes sublease space.

The Cantor/Seinuk Group, Ltd., one of the country's leading structural engineering firms, has subleased 15,175 square feet at 600 Madison Avenue in a transaction arranged by Newmark & Company Real Estate.

The seven-year, seven-month sublease from the architectural firm of Pei Cobb Freed & Partners has an aggregate value of more than $2.5 million.

The space, the entire seventh floor of 600 Madison Avenue, was deemed idea for The Cantor/Seinuk Group because it featured an upgraded, existing installation that met the firm's operational needs -- down to the drafting stations.

Paul Haskin, executive director of Newmark Real Estate Services, and Newmark associate Bradford Reisner represented the tenant in this transaction.
