Luzerner Kantonalbank (LUKB) has announced that it has hired a head for private banking.

The firm has hired Marc Oliver Wurges as its new head of private banking in Zurich. He had earlier been head of sales for Julius Baer (BAER.VX). He has also worked for UBS (NYSE: UBS) since January 2006.

Wurges is to take the place of Niklaus Hinnen, who joined Credit Suisse in March 2019.
