Canada : ROGERS COMMUNICATIONS to continue offering AMC's original series line up.

Rogers Communications declared that it has entered into a multi-year HD content deal with AMC to keep on offering full access to AMC's original series line up including hits - Mad Men, Breaking Bad and The Walking Dead to its digital cable customers.

With this deal, customers will be able to view new seasons of AMC original series across multiple screens including television, Rogers on Demand - Ch.100 (HD), and on Rogers Anyplace TV On Demand, soon after the television broadcast.

Rogers digital cable customers who subscribe to VIP packages will be able to see AMC programing, while the HD version of AMC will come with the SD version.

David Purdy, Senior Vice President, Content, Rogers Communications said, We are pleased to have renewed an agreement with AMC that ensures our customers can continue to enjoy all the premium programing in the AMC line-up. We're always focused on delivering the best content across all screens while keeping prices down. As a result, starting this March our customers can watch their favourite zombies, meth cooks and sixties-era ad executives in HD, and on demand across multiple platforms - something we know our customers want.
