Canada : KLM to launch 3 weekly flights between AMSTERDAM and EDMONTON.

KLM intends to launch thrice a week flights between Amsterdam and Edmonton, as of May 5, 2015.

There will be 4 weekly frequencies, from June 22.

Edmonton is the capital city of Canadian province Alberta that has one of the most rapidly growing economies in the country. This destination draws new talent daily and significant business exchanges associated with the region s gas, petroleum, agriculture and forestry industries.

The carrier will operate the flights using Airbus A330-200 with 243 seats: 30 in World Business Class, 35 in Economy Comfort Zone (offering 10 inches of extra legroom and a doubled seat recline) and 178 in Economy.

This will make KLM the first and only carrier in continental Europe to link Europe with the city of Edmonton.
