Camping and Caravanning Club.

Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Secretary Margaret Beckett with David Bellamy, President of The Camping and Caravanning Club, and David Batty, chairman of the club, at the opening of its new headquarters in Coventry. A long-time member of the club and reportedly a keen 'caravanner', Mrs Beckett spoke at the opening ceremony alongside club president and naturalist, David Bellamy. The club, which has more than 400,000 members, expects membership to continue expanding at a rate of ten per cent every year. The new headquarters will be home to the club's new 'ClubREZ' booking system and call centre, which has created 30 new jobs.
