By BHAKKAR, October 20, 2011 (Frontier Star): DPO Bhakker the other day strictly ordered to take serious impartial action against the tinted glass and without number plate vehicles. DPO Ra'ay Ijaz Ahmed ordered officers and staff members, during his briefing in Police Line, that in order to clutch the ever increasing terrorism and restoration of law and order situation in the district we need sense of responsibility towards duty. There is no room for non serious attitude. He added that the vehicles without number plates must be seized under section 550. He added that police must keep record of every vehicle entering or exiting the district and suspicious vehicles should be scrutinized strictly. Any vehicle having blue light installed on it must be checked thoroughly and the light must be removed from it because only police vehicles have the right to use it. He ordered to concerned officials for taking strict action against tinted glass vehicles as per law to eliminate the VIP culture. The DPO ordered to check every violation and issue violation ticket to every violator. The elimination of VIP culture and equal application of law are our main objectives which would be achieved at every cost, he maintained.
