Camera and binoculars stolen.

A CAMERA and a pair of binoculars were among the items stolen during a burglary in Northumberland.

Police are appealing for information after the crime at Leazes Lane in Hexham.

It happened between 10.15am and 12.10pm on Friday, October 10, when burglars broke into a house. Police say the thieves searched the property and stole a number of items, including a Nintendo DS and games, an Asus laptop, a Cannon digital camera and a Samsung digital camera, a Hudl tablet and two pairs of binoculars.

A spokesman for Northumbria Police said: "Inquiries are ongoing into the burglary and police are appealing for anyone with any information into the burglary to contact them."
