Camella targets larger families with new home options.

Real estate company Camella is offering new home options to property buyers. It recently unveiled the Grande Series, a new line of larger homes offering more space for bigger families or those who prefer to live with more latitude.

Designed to fit beautifully into the Camella communities, the new model homes - Fatima and Gavina -come with five bedrooms; windows and verandas reminiscent of the gracious hacienda estates; three toilet-and-baths; spacious living, dining and kitchen areas; study areas; balconies; porches; and carports.

With floor areas spanning from 142 to 166 square meters, Fatima and Gavina range from P5 million to P8 million.

The Grande series is the newest addition to Camella's popular model houses--cozy, value-for-money starter homes from the Lessandra Series: Rina, Reana, Marga, and Margarita; and spacious, two-storey single detached homes perfect for growing families from the Camella Series: Mara, Carmela, Carina, Drina, and Elaisa.

Camella is the subsidiary catering to the affordable and mid-market segment of homebuilder Vista Land. To date, the group has built close to 300,000 homes and maintains a powerful presence in Mega Manila and 34 other key provincial destinations and 76 cities and municipalities.
