Call center depot offers eResoercePlanner. (Strategic Alliances)., Inc. and eResourcePlanner, Inc. have entered a global marketing agreement to provide a workforce management solution to the call center industry. eResourcePlanner is a series of Web-based, secure, self-service modules that empower employees to manage their schedules and time off work With eResourcePlanner, employees can access their schedule, request time off, report themselves absent, select, trade and modify their shifts, request additional hours and more by simply logging into a password-protected environment and completing their request. These exceptions can be automatically input into any workforce management package like IEX, Blue Pumpkin, TCS/Aspect, Pipkins, GMT, etc., and/or HR or payroll systems. EResourcePlanner was created to serve as a useful tool for employees, managers, operations and human resources professionals. eResourcePlanner reduces the administrative time spent on managing processes that employees can perform themselves. In addition, it can positively impact morale and reduce turnover by creating greater flexibility in the work environment. eResourcePlanner is a user-friendly, Web-based solution that is available on a subscription basis with a predictable monthly fee structure. It can reduce the normal initial expense burden of selecting and implementing an application that requires software and hardware investment. It is a customizable solution that can be rapidly deployed and puts big system capability within the reach of any company, regardless of size, number of locations or work strategies.
