Cali sells Liberty Hall II.

Cali Associates has sold the Liberty Hall II office building and nine contiguous acres of land within the Liberty Hall Corporate Center to Schering-Plough, according to John J. Cali, a founding partner of Cali Associates. The building and tract of land is located on Morris Avenue in Union, New Jersey.

Liberty Hall 11, a four story, 150,000-square-foot building, was designed by the architectural firm of Swanke Hayden Connell, Ltd. Constructed in 1990, the building offers floor sizes of 37,500 square feet, a four story atrium, distinguished Gothic architecture with a pre-cast concrete exterior and blue glass facade, three glass enclosed elevators, 24-hour security card access and loading dock facilities.

The Liberty Hall development is comprised of two separate office buildings totalling 350,000 square feet of space on a 50-acre tract of land in Union County, New Jersey. The project, which is a joint venture development of Cali Associates and the Kean Family Trust, features a two-acre reflecting pond, outdoor patios adjoining a full-service cafeteria, covered parking with parking for over 1,000 cars, walking/jogging trails, dry cleaning service and travel agency.
