Cahoots and Ferrari Enhancing the User Experience, Say Top Executives; The Presidents of Cahoots and Ferrari North America Discuss the Two Companies' Recent Partnership.

Business Editors

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 3, 2000

IT Radio Network, the leading Internet radio network focused on information technology news, is now featuring in-depth interviews with John Rizzo, president of Cahoots, and John Luigi Buitoni, president and chief executive officer of Ferrari North America, a subsidiary of Fiat S.p.A. (NYSE:FIA).

During the interviews, the two discussed how Ferrari is using Cahoots technology to help service their online customers.

During the interview, Rizzo discussed how Ferrari is using Cahoots to make the customer experience more interesting.

"They're putting a link on their site which allows anyone visiting Ferrari's site to get Cahoots' software and interact with virtual site representatives," said Rizzo. "They are allowing their site visitors to connect directly with employees of Ferrari to either solve problems, or communicate about the Ferrari brand."

Buitoni talked about how Ferrari uses Cahoots to better service their customers.

"For us, it's more of a customer relations tool. We cannot just produce more cars because it requires many, many months for training people," said Buitoni. "It's more trying to establish that perfect relationship with the customer rather than simply sell more cars. We can bring a higher level of service because customers are able to establish a direct link with the engineer who designed the car and the technician who was working on it."

The entire interview is available free online in RealAudio (Nasdaq:RNWK) and text formats at www.ITRadioNetwork.com
