CYBERTEK GRANTED EARLY TERMINATION IN WAITING PERIOD OF MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS OFFER

 DALLAS, Aug. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Cybertek Corporation (NASDAQ-NMS: CKCP) of Dallas, announced today that the Federal Trade Commission has granted early termination of the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act waiting period in connection with Policy Management Systems Corporation's tender offer for all the outstanding shares of Cybertek common stock for $15.10 per share in cash.
 As previously announced, the tender offer had been extended and is presently set to expire at 5 p.m., New York City time on Friday, Aug. 20, 1993. The information agent for the offer is D.F. King & Co., Inc. and the dealer manager for the offer is the Robinson-Humphrey Company.
 Cybertek has been informed that as of Friday, Aug. 6, 1993, 3,473,624 shares of the common stock of Cybertek, representing approximately 87 percent of the outstanding common stock on a fully diluted basis, have been tendered to the offer.
 Policy Management Systems Corporation is traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol PMS. Cybertek is traded on the NASDAQ National Market System under the symbol CKCP.
