 CVB FINANCIAL CORP. INCREASES CASH DIVIDEND
 ONTARIO, Calif., Dec. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors


of CVB Financial Corp. (AMEX: CVB) today announced an increase in the company's quarterly cash dividend to 8 cents per share from the previous rate of 7 cents. Despite the short-run effects of the recession, the board of directors based its decision on the company's continued strong performance and future growth potential.
 The dividend was declared at the board's Dec. 18 meeting for payment on Jan. 18, 1992, to shareholders of record on Jan. 4, 1992.
 CVB Financial Corp., the holding company for Chino Valley Bank, is traded on the American Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol of "CVB."
