CV REIT COMPLETES AGREEMENT FOR SALE OF WESTWARD SHOPPING CENTER
 WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Feb. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- CV Reit, Inc., (NYSE: CVI), a real estate investment trust, announced today it has entered into an agreement for sale of its approximately 230,000 sq. ft. Westward Shopping Center, West Palm Beach, Fla., to Sizeler Property Investors, Inc., an equity real estate investment trust based in Kenner, La. The agreement is subject to an inspection and due diligence period of 45 days with a projected closing 30 days thereafter.
 Alvin Wilensky, CV Reit president, stated that the potential sale of Westward Shopping Center should not affect the company's payment of dividends because of its policy of not distributing capital gains to shareholders.
