 CUTWRIGHT NAMED CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER OF ALOHA
 HONOLULU, Nov. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Aloha Airgroup Inc. appointed


Brenda F. Cutwright to the post of vice president - Finance and chief financial officer of Aloha Airgroup Inc. and Aloha Airlines Inc., effective Nov. 6, 1992. The board also approved the appointment of Owen K. Sekimura to staff vice president - Finance and controller of Aloha Airgroup Inc. and Aloha Airlines Inc. The announcement was made by A. Maurice Myers, president and chief executive officer of Aloha Airgroup Inc.
 "We are especially pleased that we were able to reach within our company and find such talented professionals to assume these important positions," said Myers.
 In her new capacity, Cutwright becomes the chief financial officer of Aloha Airgroup Inc., the holding company which owns and operates Aloha Airlines Inc. and Island Air Inc. She first joined Aloha Airlines in June 1984 as the company's manager, Financial Analysis. In her most recent position, Cutwright was vice president and controller. She joined the airline after a seven-year career in public accounting with Arthur Young and Co. and is a graduate of the University of Hawaii.
 Sekimura becomes the chief accounting officer of Aloha Airgroup Inc. and will be responsible for and have supervision over the financial records of Aloha Airgroup, Aloha Airlines and Island Air. He began his career at Aloha Airlines in July 1985 as its manager, Financial Analysis and was promoted to director - Corporate in March 1988. Before joining the airline, he was a senior auditor with the international public accounting firm of KPMG Peat Marwick, holding positions both in San Francisco and Honolulu. Sekimura is a graduate of the University of San Francisco, receiving a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
 In other financial organization announcements, Marcy E. Fleming has been named director - Treasury Services at Aloha Airlines Inc. In her new capacity, Fleming will assume primary responsibility for all banking and related treasury functions. Born and raised in Honolulu, Fleming joined Aloha after an extensive seven-year banking career. She was previously vice president for Security Pacific Merchant Bank in Los Angeles. She received a master's degree from Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA.
 Aloha Airgroup Inc. is a privately owned Hawaii-based aviation services corporation. Principal subsidiaries, Aloha Airlines Inc. and Island Air Inc. provide a full complement of passenger, freight and charter services. In addition, Aloha Airlines leases aircraft and provides passenger, ground handling and maintenance services to domestic and international carriers on a contract basis.
