While working as a sales representative, Tammy Armijo, President and CEO, CCSI, Inc., saw a need and capitalized on it. "I had difficulty finding companies that would provide the level of service my customers demanded," said Armijo. In 1993, she created CCSI, a company dedicated to asking the right questions, listening to clients, and delivering solutions.

CCSI also serves American companies abroad. Their sister company, Worldwide Technical Services, provides service, support, and installation in Mexico.

CCSI now has two divisions. One is an outsource provider to hi-tech manufacturers. The other offers storage solutions that unify multiple hardware platforms and software applications.

To provide the best possible solutions, CCSI compliments their own expertise and resource by working with experts. They contract with skilled consultants to supply the most informed answers, and with other companies to deliver the most advantageous products and services. "It is impossible to be an expert on every facet of the industry. We can draw on our allies to do a better job for our customer," said Armijo.

CCSI has a staff of devoted employees who take ownership of delivering the customer's solution. This dedication to meeting their clients' needs has led to tremendous success. CCSI's sales have grown from $5 million in 1999 to $12 million in 2000. The growth in 2001 is projected at 37 percent.

"Our success comes from being flexible with the services that we offer, and focusing on our customer needs. Our goal is to find a solution for the customer. When we do, the customer is happy," said Armijo.
