CURATIVE TECHNOLOGIES NAMES HEALTH CARE VETERAN TO NEW BOARD SEAT

 EAST SETAUKET, N.Y., June 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Curative Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: CURE) today announced the appointment, by a shareholder vote, of Lawrence J. Stuesser Jr., a 20-year veteran of the health care industry, to the company's board of directors.
 "Mr. Stuesser brings an enormous amount of health care service experience to the company and we are pleased to have him join the board," said Russell B. Whitman, president and chief executive officer of Curative Technologies. "In the dynamic health care environment of the 1990s, Mr. Stuesser will be a valuable asset to the company."
 Mr. Stuesser is chief executive officer of Kimberly Quality Care, Inc., a provider of home health care services. Mr. Stuesser has held that position since the company's formation in 1987 and was given the additional post of chairman in January 1991. Kimberly Quality Care, based in Boston, is the nation's largest home health care service company with revenues exceeding $700 million and more than 400 branch offices throughout the United States.
