 CURATIVE TECHNOLOGIES TO ENTER SUBACUTE CARE MARKET
 EAST SETAUKET, N.Y., July 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Curative Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: CURE) today announced it has signed a definitive agreement with Arbor Health Care Company to provide specialty wound management services to an inpatient subacute center owned and operated by Arbor. This will be CTI's first venture into inpatient subacute care.
 CTI, through its Wound Management Systems division, will manage the program at the 120-bed Arbors at Lakeland center located in Lakeland, Fla. CTI will provide comprehensive wound care treatment to patients with chronic non-healing wounds. CTI currently utilizes its wound healing technology on an outpatient basis in 38 Wound Care Centers (R) across the United States.

 Arbor Health Care Company is a leading provider of subacute, skilled and basic health care services. These services are provided within its 22 nursing centers in Ohio, Florida, Indiana, Delaware and West Virginia. Based in Lima, Ohio, Arbor is actively expanding the number of subacute units in operation through the conversion of existing nursing centers and the development of new centers.
 Curative Technologies, Inc. is a biopharmaceutical company engaged in the research, development, production and marketing of therapeutic products utilizing naturally occurring human growth factors. The company's first product, Procuren (R), is a topical therapeutic which promotes wound healing and is produced from a patient's own blood. Procuren is sold through Wound Care Centers, which are cooperative ventures with selected hospitals.
