CUNA Brokerage honors top women performers.

CUNA Brokerage Services Inc. recently honored 20 financial advisers for their performance and contributions to the financial services industry with its Women of Distinction award.

As recipients of this award, the women will participate in a mentoring program offered through CUNA Brokerage designed to foster the growth of women who are new to the financial services industry. The winners not only exemplified the characteristics of the award but earned $250,000 or more in gross dealer concessions in 2009, according to the company. The award made its debut in 2008.

This year's Women of Distinction are: Catherine Barnes, VyStar CU; Emmor Boslet, Belco Community CU; Jane Brockway, University of Illinois CU; Linda Cohen, Coast Central CU; Wendy Cundari, North County CU; Carol Diest, First Community FCU; Marcella Evans, T&C FCU; Ruby Evans, Chartway Investments & Insurance; Judy Evers, Baxter CU; Leigh Glover, Southeast Financial FCU; Kelly Goreham, Veridian CU; Anna Kamp, Anheuser-Bush Employees CU; Jane Kilby, VyStar CU; Wendy Miletich, Wings FCU; Stephanie Morales. Arizona Central CU; Randie Sanford, Suffolk FCU; Swan Shen, RTN FCU; Cindy Sforza, Schools First FCU; Sophia Spencer, Red Canoe CU; and Suzi Williams, Yakima Valley CU.
