CUISINE - Fettuccine Pasta.

8 oz fettuccine pasta

4 tbsp butter

1 tsp garlic (chopped)

A1/2 cup mushroom (sliced)

A1/2 cup parmesan cheese

1 cup boiled pasta water

1 cup cream

A1/2 tsp black pepper

Salt as per taste


- In a large pot, cook pasta as directed on package. On draining the pasta, reserve 1 cup of boiled pasta water.

- put butter in a skillet pan, add garlic and saute. Now add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.

- Add cream and mix well, then add cheese, salt, black pepper and pasta water and cook for 5 minutes.

- Add boiled fettuccine, stir until fettuccine is well coated and cook for about 5 minutes.

- Sprinkle chopped parsley and serve.
