CSK Auto Offers 'Ultimate Baseball Road Trip'.

Lucky Auto Parts Customer Will Win Big League Vacation

PHOENIX -- CSK Auto, Inc., which operates more than 1320 Checker, Schuck's, Kragen and Murray's Discount auto parts stores in 22 states, is following its successful springtime "Hot Rides" car giveaway with a new summer promotion that looks like a baseball fan's dream come true.

Starting today customers may visit any CSK store and register to win the "Ultimate Baseball Road Trip," including game tickets, complete travel expenses, and accommodations for two to see up to seven big league games in as many as 5 different cities during the last week of the 2007 pro baseball season. The lucky winner will design his or her own itinerary when they pick which seven big league games they want to see and CSK will make all the reservations and buy all the tickets.

The Company's Vice President of Marketing, Jim Schoenberger, says it's the right contest at the right time. "Baseball is a big part of our summers here at CSK," he said. "We sponsor twelve Major League Baseball teams and twenty-one minor league teams in communities throughout our trading areas, and we're really looking forward to awarding this grand prize to a true baseball fanatic. Imagine a coast-to-coast week long road trip to as many as seven of the ballparks you've always wanted to visit. That's a lot of hot dogs!"

Consolation prizes are part of this summer promotion, too. One hundred official team jerseys will be awarded to second place winners. Multiple entries at any Checker, Schuck's, Kragen or Murray's stores are fine, but each must be completed and submitted on a separate store visit. The deadline to register is July 28, 2007.

The promotion will be prominently featured in a 16-page summer coupon book offering discounts on a wide variety of automotive products. For a copy of the coupon specials or an online entry form for the Ultimate Baseball Road Trip, visit our website at
