CRUISE AMERICA PREVAILS IN CALIFORNIA LAWSUIT

MIAMI, March 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Cruise America, Inc. (AMEX: RVR) today announced that the Superior Court of California in the County of Los Angeles has awarded the company approximately $400,000 in fees and costs associated with the company's successful defense of a contested liability brought by a former concession operator.
As the prevailing party at both the Trial Court and Appellate Court levels, the company was awarded $634,000 in total. This amount was offset to $400,000 by amounts awarded plaintiff at the Trial Court level.
Commenting on the ruling, Randall Smalley, president, said, "While the judgment is subject to further appeals, we are pleased with the award from the court. This does not begin to compensate us for the time and money spent defending ourselves. The company will continue its policy of vigorously defending itself against any unwarranted litigation."
Cruise America, Inc. is the largest company in North America specializing in the rental and sale of recreational vehicles.
