CRSS SUBSIDIARY SELECTED TO SUPPORT NEW U.S. EMBASSY FACILITIES PROGRAM

 HOUSTON, Oct. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- CRSS Inc. (NYSE: CRX) today announced that a subsidiary, CRSS Architects, Inc., has been selected by J.A. Jones Construction Company as Architect of Record for the new $26 million United States embassy facilities in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
 The work includes final design based on conceptual designs provided by the U.S. Department of State's Office of Foreign Buildings Operations. Construction on the embassy facilities is scheduled to begin in January of 1994, with completion set for mid-1996. When completed, the 105,000 gross-square-foot complex will include five major buildings.
 Bruce Wilkinson, chairman and chief executive officer of CRSS Inc., said that the project "contributes significantly to our backlog growth objectives for CRSS Architects."
 CRSS, through its subsidiaries, is one of the largest design and construction services companies in the nation. CRSS is also a leader in the independent power and cogeneration industry, with its 81 percent ownership in CRSS Capital.
