 CRSS SUBSIDIARY ANNOUNCES FORMATION OF CRSS STRATEGIC CONSULTANTS
 HOUSTON, May 28 /PRNewswire/ -- CRSS Inc. (NYSE: CRX) today announced that it has acquired certain former assets and has retained the former employees of NLK-Celpap Consultants, Inc. NLK-Celpap Consultants, a subsidiary of NLK-Celpap AB, specializes in strategic consulting services to the pulp, paper and allied industries worldwide.
 The acquisition will form the basis of a new division within CRS Sirrine Engineers, Inc., a CRSS subsidiary. The unit, to be known as CRSS Strategic Consultants, will provide a broad range of strategic business consulting services to the pulp and paper industry worldwide. Services of the new unit, headquartered in Atlanta, include market and price forecasting, technology evaluations, acquisition searches and evaluations, mill expansion and product mix option studies, competitive cost and pricing analyses, field market surveys, capital budgeting assessments, and other related services.
