CROWS ON THE WING.

Let me tell you about an Old Crow and Crowmate. I refer to Dan and Jean Dunbar, the busiest couple I know. They just finished a new home in California, just in time to attend the AOC Convention in Anaheim, where Dan was presented the AOC's Lifetime Achievement Award. Then, they drove to Kansas to attend his 50th high-school reunion, then down to Oklahoma to visit his Dad in Mooreland, transacted some business in Oklahoma City, saw some cousins he hadn't seen in 40 years, then drove down to Austin, TX, to see his brother Jim. They will spend February and March in Australia and New Zealand visiting Jean's brother and sister and their spouses. Since he retired from his EW years, Dan has been busy buying and selling real estate in Pasadena and Ventura, CA and Oklahoma City. If you have real estate to sell, talk to him. (He will probably be driving through your town soon.) Note that when Dan went to Texas, it was not to sell real estate. There is a lady Crow in Plano, TX, Charlene Gast, who has that state's real estate staked out. Texas is too small for two such spellbinders....We have some change near the top of WPAFB's organizational chart. AF Brig Gen Paul D. Nelson, Vice Commander, Aeronautical Systems Center, will succed Maj Gen Richard Paul as head of the AF Research Laboratory at WPAFB. Paul, who became the first AFRL Commander when it was establ called AFWAL Air Force Wright Aeronautical Lab). To coin a phrase, Paul has succeeded Paul.
