CRITEF-I PARTNERSHIP DECLARES MONTHLY DISTRIBUTION FOR NOVEMBER OF 8.4 CENTS PER BAC

 ROCKVILLE, Md., Nov. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Capital Realty Investors Tax Exempt Fund Limited Partnership, Series I (CRITEF-I) (AMEX: CRA) today declared the distribution for the month of November 1993 in the amount of 8.4 cents per Beneficial Assignee Certificate (BAC). Holders of record on Nov. 30, 1993, will receive the distribution for November as part of the next semi-annual distribution which is expected to be paid on March 1, 1994.
 Annualizing the distribution for November would require multiplying this month's total by a factor of 12 months, not four quarters. Record dates for CRITEF-I occur at the end of each month; payments are made semi-annually. Distributions are paid approximately 60 days after the end of each semi-annual period and include any monthly distributions declared during the period.
 CRITEF-I BACs began trading on the American Stock Exchange on July 1, 1993.
 CRITEF-I is one of two series of securities issued by one partnership -- Capital Realty Investors Tax Exempt Fund Limited Partnership. The partnership was formed in 1986. It offered Series I BACs to investors and invested the offering's net proceeds in five federally tax-exempt and Minnesota tax-exempt mortgage revenue bonds used to finance multifamily housing.
