CREDITORS COMMITTEE APPOINTED FOR PETER J. SCHMITT CO. BUFFALO, N.Y. June 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Peter J. Schmitt Co., Inc. said today that the United States Trustee for Region 3 in Wilmington, Del., has appointed an official committee of unsecured creditors in the jointly administered Chapter 11 reorganization cases of PJS and affiliates. The seven members of the committee are: -- Nestl U.S.A. (Chairman) -- Kellogg Co. -- Kraft General Foods Inc. -- The National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, Pa. -- Procter & Gamble Distributing Co. -- Shurfine-Central Corporation -- Unilever U.S. "We look forward to working with the members of the creditors committee in a cooperative, productive manner that ensures the ongoing viability of PJS and our affiliated stores," said D.
