CREDIT LYONNAIS FILES MOTION TO RE-OPEN EVIDENCE IN DELAWARE LITIGATION
WILMINGTON, Del., Nov. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Credit Lyonnais Bank Nederland, N.V. today filed a motion in Delaware Chancery Court to re- open the record of its litigation against Pathe Communications Co. to introduce evidence that one of the exhibits offered by the defendants and relied upon in their defense is a fabrication.
In its motion, the bank said that, based on police reports and the conclusions of forensic experts, it was determined that an exhibit had been cut and pasted together and was actually a composite of at least two documents. Under the circumstances, the bank said it was appropriate for the court to be made aware of this in making its decision.
