 CREDIT LYONNAIS BANK ANNOUNCES SUFFICIENT PATHE CONSENTS
 NEW YORK, May 29 /PRNewswire/ -- In connection with its tender offer for all of Pathe Communications Corporation's (NYSE: PCC) outstanding 12-3/8 percent notes, 12-7/8 percent debentures and 8-7/8 percent debentures, Credit Lyonnais Bank Nederland N.V. (CLBN) today announced that sufficient consents to certain proposed amendments to the Indentures governing PCC's 12-7/8 percent debentures and 8-7/8 percent debentures have been received, and that supplements effecting the proposed amendments have been executed. CLBN continues, however, to solicit consents to the proposed amendments in connection with the tender offer for all of PCC's outstanding debt securities, including the 12-3/8 percent notes.
 As set forth in the offer to purchase and consent solicitation relating to the tender offer for PCC's outstanding debt securities, any 12-7/8 percent debentures previously tendered or tendered in the future may not be withdrawn, and consents previously delivered or delivered in the future with respect to the 12-7/8 percent debentures and the 8-7/8 percent debentures may not be revoked. Tenders of 8-7/8 percent debentures may be withdrawn at any time prior to the expiration of the offer for the 8-7/8 percent debentures which is currently scheduled to expire at midnight, New York City time on Friday, June 5, 1992.
