 CREDIT LYONNAIS BANK: 2,809,739 PATHE COMMON SHARES TENDERED
 NEW YORK, June 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Credit Lyonnais Bank Nederland N.V. (CLBN) announced today that 2,809,739 shares of common stock of Pathe Communications Corporation have been validly tendered under CLBN's recently completed tender offer for 5,800,000 shares of PCC stock at $1.50 per share. In addition, CLBN announced that $5,898,000 in aggregate principal amount of 12-7/8 percent debentures, $625,000 in aggregate principal amount of 8-7/8 percent debentures and $2,856,000 in aggregate principal amount of 12-3/8 percent notes have been validly tendered under CLBN's recently completed tender offers for all of PCC's outstanding debt securities, at $470, $420 and $470 in cash, per $1,000 in principal amount of the 12-7/8 percent debentures, 8-7/8 percent debentures and 12-3/8 percent notes, respectively. The Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A., the depositary for the offers, reported the final count of tendered securities.
 CLBN has previously acquired $21,368,000 in aggregate principal amount of 12-7/8 percent debentures and $5,645,000 in aggregate principal amount of 12-3/8 percent notes, pursuant to an agreement entered into with various holders of such securities.
