COi Subsidiary Announces Significant Health Insurance Contract.

Business Editors

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 20, 2000

COi Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB:COSL) today confirmed an agreement with an influential UK-based financial services firm to market recently acquired TeleMedica Group subsidiary's health insurance products to its existing 7,500 member global client base.

Becoming the e-health insurance partner of choice to London-based Health International Marketing Limited (HIML) is a firm endorsement of the product portfolio that has been developed by the recently acquired TeleMedica Group health insurance subsidiary, TeleMedica Insurance Management, Inc. (TIM, Inc.)

"This partnership presents a number of exciting, positive implications for the company," said David Green, president of the TIM, Inc. "In addition to early revenues, the affiliation with HIML allows TIM, an industry newcomer, to penetrate the exclusive London international broker market. Supported by joint marketing initiatives, our health insurance products will compete on par with established firms and will be directed to the attention of those we have identified as our potential clients."

TIM Inc. will provide a number of customized plans to complement and extend HIML's current suite of products and services to its clientele, defined as high net-worth individuals living and working around the world. The details of these tailored plans will be finalized by mid-December, in order to accommodate an effective start date of January 1, 2001. This partnership is estimated to generate substantial revenues of $3 million in the first year, with a three-year revenue forecast of $10 million.
