 COVENTRY CARE RAISES DIVIDEND
 MONONGAHELA, Pa., April 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Coventry Care, Inc.,


(NASDAQ: CVENA) announced today that it has raised its annual dividend 4.75 percent to $.22 per share.
 The company stated the increase reflects improvements from continuing operations. Furthermore, the company will change from an annual dividend payment to a semi-annual payment. The new dividend payment schedule will become effective this April with the first semi-annual payment to be $.11 per share and paid to shareholders on April 29, to shareholders of record on April 15.
 Coventry Care is a provider of long-term nursing care. Coventry Care operates five nursing homes in western Pennsylvania and provides inpatient care at the intermediate, skilled and sub-acute care levels. Coventry Care's principal office is located at 1277 Country Club Road, Monongahela, Pa. 15063.
