Judge James R. Lemire

Chami Nelson, 26, last known address of 28 Woodland St., Worcester, was sentenced to four concurrent terms of 2 to 4 years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to three counts of distribution of cocaine and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. He was sentenced to a concurrent term of 18 months in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to possession of a firearm without a firearm ID card. He was placed on three concurrent terms of 3 years probation, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to two counts of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and improperly storing a firearm. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to remain drug-free, not to possess weapons, and to pay $150 drug fee, $90 victim witness fee. Charges of driving without a license, four counts of drug violation near a school or park, and driving with a suspended license were dismissed.

Melvin Gonzalez, 26, of 75 West St., Worcester, was charged with trafficking in cocaine and drug violation near a school or park. The charges were dismissed at the request of the commonwealth.

Santos Luis Garcia, 25, of 16 Bellevue St., Worcester, was charged with two counts of trafficking in cocaine and two counts of drug violation near a school or park. The charges were dismissed at the request of the commonwealth.

Lori A. Carr, 46, of 235 Boston Turnpike, Shrewsbury, charged with being a common nightwalker, sentenced to 90 days in the House of Correction, suspended for a year, ordered to remain in Sober House for 2 months, to remain drug- and alcohol-free, to submit to random drug tests, and to pay $50 victim witness fee.

Steven C. Litchfield, 43, of 18 John St., Shrewsbury, charged with driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense), sentenced to 120 days in the House of Correction; speeding, found responsible, filed; and driving with a suspended license for driving under the influence of alcohol, dismissed.

Francis A. Donahue, 21, of 1385 Main St., Worcester, charged with malicious destruction of property under $250, amended from malicious destruction of property over $250, placed on probation for a year, ordered to remain alcohol-free, to submit to random drug tests, to attend three AA meetings per week, and to pay $213.17 restitution, $50 victim witness fee; and disorderly conduct, filed with a guilty finding.

Mark J. Moriarty, 22, of 40 Camp St., Worcester, charged with possession of heroin, sentenced to 90 days in the House of Correction.

Yanilda Cruz, 38, of 51 Great Brook Valley Ave., Worcester, charged with assault and battery, dismissed.

Sean J.
