Judge John S. McCann

Paul T. Desmarais, 42, of 22 Dover St., Worcester, was sentenced to two concurrent terms of two to three years in Walpole State Prison after pleading guilty to breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and possession of a burglar's tool. A charge of breaking into a depository was dismissed at the request of the commonwealth.
