The following correction was published March 29, 2007:

WORCESTER - Sarah Little, 38, of Worcester was arrested on March 23 for possession of cocaine. Ms. Little's first name was incorrect in a Telegram & Gazette story that appeared Saturday and a court listing that appeared Tuesday. According to police, at the time of her arrest, Ms. Little gave officers an incorrect first name.

Judge John S. McCann

Shaonte N. Bottom, 28, of 140 Belmont St., Worcester, was placed on two concurrent terms of one year of probation after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, amended from possession of cocaine with intent to distribute (second or subsequent offense), and possession of marijuana. As conditions of probation, she was ordered to undergo drug and alcohol evaluations with any related treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department. Charges of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute within a school zone and possession of ammunition without a Firearms Identification Card as a career criminal were dismissed at the request of the commonwealth.

Andrew P. Robinson, 28, of 140 Belmont St., Worcester, was placed on two concurrent terms of one year of probation after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, amended from possession of cocaine with intent to distribute (second or subsequent offense), and possession of marijuana. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to undergo drug and alcohol evaluations with any related treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department. Charges of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute within a school zone and possession of ammunition without a Firearms Identification Card as a career criminal were dismissed at the request of the commonwealth.

Christopher Thayer, 36, of 38 Benefit St., Worcester, was sentenced to four to six years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to unarmed robbery. The charge was amended from armed robbery. He was placed on probation for five years, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to unarmed robbery. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to undergo drug and alcohol evaluations with any related treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department.

Mario E. Pagan, 47, of 97 Providence St., Worcester, charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or .08 percent, found not guilty; and possession of an open container of an alcoholic beverage in a vehicle, found not responsible.

Rauscher, 23, of 9 Ascadilla Road, Worcester, charged with assault and battery on a police officer, sentenced to one year in the House of Correction, suspended for one year with probation, ordered to remain drug- and alcohol-free and to submit to random drug tests; resisting arrest, placed on probation for one year; and selling or delivering alcohol to a minor, dismissed.

Robert D. Jones Jr., 44, of 701 Main St., Worcester, charged with resisting arrest and disturbing the peace, sentenced to two concurrent terms of 30 days in the House of Correction; and shoplifting (subsequent offense), amended from shoplifting, sentenced to a concurrent term of 10 days in the House of Correction.

Amelia Jacobs, 34, of 701 Main St., Worcester, charged with being a fugitive from justice on a court warrant, continued to April 25 on $1,200 cash bail; identity fraud, two counts of larceny by a check of less than $250, larceny by a check of more than $250, forgery of a document, and uttering a false check, continued to April 25 on $1,000 cash bail; larceny of more than $250 by false pretense, four counts of receiving stolen property of less than $250, two counts of uttering a false check, giving a false name or Social Security number to police, and attempting to commit a crime (larceny by a check), continued to April 25.

Osvaldo Nevarez, 29, of 10 Benefit St., Worcester, charged with assault and battery, continued to May 1 on $500 cash bail.

Jorge Curet, 21, of 6 King St., Worcester, charged with assault with a dangerous weapon (knife), continued to April 24 on $300 cash bail.
