COURT FINDS FOR CODE-ALARM MADISON HEIGHTS, Mich., July 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Code-Alarm, Inc.
(NASDAQ-NMS: CODL) today announced it was found not to have infringed on a patent concerning a shock sensor device in an opinion from Judge Horace W. Gilmore of the southern division of the U.S. District Court on July 28, 1992. A declaratory judgment action, filed by Code-Alarm in 1987, was a result of an allegation by Electromotive Technologies Corporation of Costa Mesa, Calif., that Code-Alarm had infringed on ETC's patent.
