COURIER VOTES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

 LOWELL, Mass., Nov. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Directors of Courier Corporation (NASDAQ: CRRC) today declared a dividend of 5 cents per common share, payable Dec. 3, 1993, to shareholders of record Nov. 19, 1993.
 The company discontinued its 10 cent quarterly dividend in June 1992 as a result of continuing losses from its international operation which was closed in Sept. 1992. "The dividend reflects management's confidence in the fundamental soundness of Courier's business as demonstrated by consistent profitability in 1993 as well as the future prospects for the company," said company president and chief executive officer, James F. Conway III.
 Courier Corporation, headquartered in Lowell, Mass., is a pioneer in innovative electronic publishing technology involving the preparation, production, storage and distribution of information in a variety of media and formats, including compact disks, computer diskettes, and traditional books. Their products include Bibles and references texts, books, software manuals and technical documentation.
