CORRECTION TO HOME DEPOT ANNOUNCES ENVIRONMENTAL GREENPRINT

 /C O R R E C T I O N -- THE HOME DEPOT/
 In AT011, Home Depot Announces Environmental Greenprint(sm), issued


earlier today, we have been advised by the company that the second graph, first line should read "The Greenprint will be available free of charge at stores beginning the weekend of June 6-7," rather than "The Greenprint will be available at stores the weekend of June 6-7," as originally issued.
 Also, the company advises that the following graph was omitted from the original release and should be inserted as the last graph:
 Founded in 1978, in Atlanta, The Home Depot is the nation's largest home center retailer currently operating 184 warehouse-style home centers in 16 states. Its stock is traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "HD," and is included in the Standard & Poor's 500 Index.
