Charles Rinne has joined Franklin, Tennessee-based Advocat Inc. as president and chief operating officer. Both positions were formerly held by Dr. Charles Birkett, who continues as chairman and CEO.Allen Johnson has been named president and chief executive officer of Peninsula United Methodist Homes Inc. based in Wilmington, Delaware.
Jerry Ryan bas been named vice president of acquisitions for Epoch Senior Living, a Waltham, Massachusetts-based owner, operator, and developer of nursing homes and assisted living communities.
John Pascal has been named senior vice president of acquisitions and Ron Tamason vice president of facilities management for Senior Lifestyle Corporation in Chicago.
Mary Mell, Charlie Jo Urban, and Barbara Gleed have been named general manager, director of community relations and director of sales, respectively, of Marriott Senior Living Services' Brighton Gardens of Arlington (Virginia) an assisted living community.
Albert Einstein Healthcare Network in Philadelphia has named Ann Jaeger assistant vice president for long term care. She will serve as administrator of the Rose Ginsburg Skilled Nursing Center and of a new long term care facility at Germantown Hospital and Community Health Services. She will also oversee operations of Willowcrest, a subacute care center.
Matthew Neeley and Michael Steinman have been named general manager and director of community relations, respectively, of Marriott Senior Living Services' Brighton Gardens of San Dimas (California), an assisted living community.
