CORAM ANNOUNCES EXECUTIVE APPOINTMENTS

DENVER, March 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Coram Healthcare (NYSE: CRH) today announced the appointment of Daniel L. Frank as senior vice president, business development, sales and marketing and the appointment of Mark Werber as assistant to the president.

Mr. Frank, named to the newly created position of senior vice president, business development, sales and marketing, formerly served as chief executive officer of Western Medical Center in Santa Ana, CA, a tertiary provider of trauma care, cardiac surgery and maternal/child and cancer services with annual revenues of approximately $500 million. He previously held senior management positions with Summit Health, Safecare Health Services and American Medical International (AMI).

Mr. Frank, age 39, received a B.A. in Psychology from UCLA, a Master's degree in Public Administration from USC and a Master's degree in Health Service Administration.

Mr. Werber, named to the newly created position of assistant to the president, was formerly senior vice president, west central region OrNda Health Corporation, where he was responsible for the operations of nine hospitals with annual revenues of approximately $700 million, overseeing financial, operations, and budgetary management. He previously spent eleven years with Summit Health in a number of executive positions, including that of senior vice president of operations.

Mr. Werber, 41, received a B.S. in Management and a B.A. in Psychology from State University of New York at Buffalo and a M.B.A. in Health Care Administration from The George Washington University.
